How do I book a tour with HiLocals?
Choose your tour, select a date and number of guests, then click Book Now to checkout securely online. You'll receive an instant confirmation by email with all the details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is completed with PayPal. Payment is confirmed only after PayPal capture succeeds. We do not store card details.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your tour start time. Within 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable. To change a date, contact us and we'll help.
Are your tours private or group?
We offer both. Each tour is marked as Private, Small Group or Group. Private tours are just you and your guide; small groups are capped for an intimate experience.
Is hotel pickup included?
Most tours include pickup from hotels in the city center. Pickup details are listed on each tour page. For private tours we can arrange custom pickup points.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our guides speak English fluently, and many speak additional languages. Let us know your preference when booking and we'll match you.
Can you create a custom or private itinerary?
Absolutely. Use the Plan My Trip form or contact us with your dates and interests, and our local experts will craft a private itinerary just for you.
What is your group size?
Small group tours are usually capped at 8–12 travellers to keep things personal. Private tours are just your party.
Do you offer tours for families with children?
Yes. Most tours are family-friendly, and children travel at a reduced rate. Look for the family-friendly note on each tour or ask us.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Vietnam weather can be unpredictable. If a tour is cancelled by us due to unsafe conditions, you'll receive a full refund or we'll reschedule at no cost.
